The current Soho space will reopen under the same management with a new concept, Soba Ulala.

Soba Ulala’s lunch menu will continue to feature the popular set menus that guests enjoyed at Hirohisa,
with very little change. 

Dinner will take on a new direction, offering a primarily à la carte menu.
In a slightly more relaxed atmosphere,
we invite you to enjoy carefully selected sake and dishes that carry forward the flavors and philosophy of Hirohisa.
